There are times in life when questions arise that can be difficult to make sense of on your own. This work offers you the time and space to explore what you are experiencing, look at it from different angles, and gradually notice connections that may not have been visible before.
What may bring you here
A separation, an illness, a bereavement, or a change in your work or family life can unsettle what once felt steady.
But sometimes there is no single event you can point to. The same difficulty may keep returning, a situation may begin to weigh on you, or a decision may become hard to make. You may simply sense that something no longer feels quite right, without being able to identify exactly what it is.
At times like these, it can be difficult to tell what belongs to the circumstances themselves, to your own history, to your relationships, or to the way you are responding to what is happening.
Some things are difficult to untangle on your own. Not because you lack perspective or determination, but because we all have our own way of telling our story, making sense of what happens to us, and sometimes losing sight of what has become familiar.
My role is not simply to listen. I may ask questions, come back to a particular word, notice a contradiction or a shift in the way you speak about a situation. I may also offer another way of looking at something, which we can consider together.
Working together can bring to light connections, recurring patterns or possibilities that are harder to see when you are alone with your own questions.
Working together can bring to light connections, recurring patterns or possibilities that are harder to see when you are alone with your own questions.
I start from where you are, without trying to make sense of what you are experiencing too quickly or leading you towards an answer decided in advance. My role is to support your own reflection while taking an active part in the process when this can help you go further.
My practice is grounded primarily in psychosynthesis, an approach that considers the whole person and pays attention not only to the difficulties they are facing, but also to the resources they can draw on. Depth psychology and symbolic work also inform the way I listen and the questions I ask.
Astrology may sometimes have a place in our work when it can offer a relevant perspective on what you are going through. It is neither systematic nor necessary in order to work with me.
Our work develops through regular sessions. Each session gives us an opportunity to return to what is changing, what keeps recurring, what has shifted, or what begins to take on a different meaning over time.
If we decide to continue after the first session, we agree to meet at least twice a month, ideally at a regular time. This continuity means we do not have to start again from the beginning each time and gives the work time to develop.
There is no set number of sessions, and no package or subscription.
You are free to end our work at any time.
When it feels as though the time to finish is approaching, we can also talk about it together and give the ending the attention it deserves.
There is no introductory call or questionnaire to complete beforehand: you simply come with whatever you would like to talk about, even if you are not yet quite sure what that is.
This first session gives us the opportunity to begin working together and, afterwards, for you to decide whether you would like to continue.
